Security FAQ
1 Where is my data stored?
Your data is stored in secure, geo-redundant cloud data centers. The primary region is configurable per tenant upon request.
2 Who can access my data?
Only authorized users within your tenant can access your data. UniCMMS staff cannot access your data without explicit written permission from your organization.
3 How are backups handled?
Automated daily backups are retained for 30 days. Point-in-time recovery is available for enterprise plans. Backups are encrypted and stored separately from primary data.
4 Can I export my data?
Yes. You can export your data at any time from the UniCMMS admin settings. We support CSV, Excel, and JSON formats for all major modules.
