Change Asset Status

Update the operational state and record the root cause of downtime.

1. In the Assets list, click More (⋯) and select Change Status.
2. Select the new Status and the Reason.
3. Adjust the Change Timestamp and add optional notes.
4. Click Submit.

View Insights (KPIs)

Access real-time performance analytics for a specific piece of equipment.

1. Click on the asset’s Code (e.g. AST1) to open its profile.
2. Select the Insights tab from the left menu.
3. Review metrics like Uptime, MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures), MTTR (Mean Time To Repair), and Number of Failures.

Depreciation and Warranties

Add Depreciation Tracking

1. In the asset profile, navigate to the Depreciation tab and click + Add.
2. Enter Purchase Cost, Useful Life, Residual Value, and Purchase Date.
3. Click Submit to generate the schedule.

Add Asset Warranties

1. Navigate to the Warranties tab and click + Add.
2. Define expiration: by Date or by Condition (e.g. after a certain number of run hours).
3. Enter expiration details, certificate number, and provider.
4. Click Submit.
