Edit an Asset

You can update an asset profile at any time to maintain database accuracy.

1. Navigate to Facilities and Assets > Assets.
2. Click the More (⋯) icon on the far right of the asset’s row.
3. Select Edit, modify the necessary fields, and click Submit.

Delete an Asset

Follow these steps to permanently remove an equipment profile.

1. Navigate to Facilities and Assets > Assets.
2. Click the More (⋯) icon and select Delete (Trash icon).

warning: System Warning Deletion is permanent. The system will prevent deletion if the asset is linked to existing records (e.g., work orders). Consider marking as Retired instead.

3. Confirm the deletion in the prompt.
