How to Delete a Procedure Template

Future Impact: This template will no longer be available to attach to new Work Orders.
Historical Data: Deleting the master template does not erase data from Work Orders already completed using this SOP — your past compliance records remain intact.

Follow these steps to permanently remove an SOP or checklist from your system.

Navigate to Maintenance > Procedure Templates.
Locate the procedure. Click the More (⋯) icon in the far-right column.
Click the Delete option (trash bin icon).

danger: Critical Warning Deleting a Procedure Template is a permanent action.

Confirm the action in the confirmation dialog to permanently remove the template.
