How to Create a Scheduled Cycle Count
Section titled “How to Create a Scheduled Cycle Count”Scheduled Cycle Counts let you automate recurring inventory audits (e.g. weekly, monthly) instead of creating each one manually.
Step 1 – Open the Scheduled Tab
Section titled “Step 1 – Open the Scheduled Tab”- From the main sidebar, expand Parts & Supplies.
- Click Cycle Counts.
- At the top of the dashboard, select the Scheduled tab.
Step 2 – Open the Creation Form
Section titled “Step 2 – Open the Creation Form”- Click the black + Create button in the top‑right corner.
- The Create a Scheduled Cycle Count form opens.
Step 3 – Define Schedule Parameters
Section titled “Step 3 – Define Schedule Parameters”Fill in the fields to build your automation rule.

info: Draft generation Each time the schedule triggers, UniCMMS creates a new Cycle Count in Draft status, auto‑populates its scope, and assigns it to the chosen user.
Step 4 – Save the Schedule
Section titled “Step 4 – Save the Schedule”- Click Submit.
- The template is saved.
Whenever the Time Trigger condition is met, UniCMMS automatically generates a new Draft Cycle Count and adds it to your list.
