How to Edit a Scheduled Cycle Count
Section titled “How to Edit a Scheduled Cycle Count”Editing a Scheduled Cycle Count lets you change how future audits are generated—without modifying audits that already exist.

Step 1 – Open the Scheduled Tab
Section titled “Step 1 – Open the Scheduled Tab”- From the main sidebar, go to Parts & Supplies → Cycle Counts.
- Click the Scheduled tab at the top of the dashboard.
Step 2 – Open the Edit Form
Section titled “Step 2 – Open the Edit Form”- Find the recurring schedule you want to adjust.
- Click the More (⋯) icon in the far‑right column.
- Select Edit from the dropdown.
Step 3 – Update Schedule Parameters
Section titled “Step 3 – Update Schedule Parameters”The Edit Scheduled Cycle Count form opens. Adjust the necessary fields:

| Name | Update the title of the recurring audit. |
| Location | Change which warehouse / facility will be audited going forward. |
| Time Trigger | Adjust the recurring pattern (e.g. change from Weekly to Monthly). |
| Days To Due Date | Extend or shorten how many days the technician has to finish each future audit. |
| Types | Widen or narrow the automatic scope by inventory type. |
| Assign to | Reassign the recurring task to a different team member. |
| Description | Update ongoing instructions for the assignee. |
Step 4 – Save Your Changes
Section titled “Step 4 – Save Your Changes”- Review the new configuration.
- Click Submit.
The schedule is updated and the next automated Cycle Count will follow these new rules.
