How to Create a Transfer Request
Section titled “How to Create a Transfer Request”If your site is running low on a critical part, you can request it from another site that currently holds a surplus using Internal Transfers.

The destination site must formally process and fulfill the request before inventory levels update.
Step 1 – Access the Internal Transfers Module
Section titled “Step 1 – Access the Internal Transfers Module”- From the main sidebar, open the Internal Transfers module.
Step 2 – Open the Creation Form
Section titled “Step 2 – Open the Creation Form”- Click the + Create (or New Request) button in the top‑right corner of the dashboard.
Step 3 – Define the Transfer Details
Section titled “Step 3 – Define the Transfer Details”The New Transfer Request form opens. Complete the logistics of the movement.

Step 4 – Submit the Request
Section titled “Step 4 – Submit the Request”- Review all fields for accuracy, especially source site, destination inventory, and quantity.
- Click Submit.
The request is created and typically notifies the management team at the source site so they can review and process the transfer.
