If your site is running low on a critical part, you can request it from another site that currently holds a surplus using Internal Transfers.

info: Request vs. Instant Transfer Submitting this form creates a Request. It does not immediately move stock.
The destination site must formally process and fulfill the request before inventory levels update.

Step 1 – Access the Internal Transfers Module

Section titled “Step 1 – Access the Internal Transfers Module”
  1. From the main sidebar, open the Internal Transfers module.
  1. Click the + Create (or New Request) button in the top‑right corner of the dashboard.

The New Transfer Request form opens. Complete the logistics of the movement.

  1. Review all fields for accuracy, especially source site, destination inventory, and quantity.
  2. Click Submit.

The request is created and typically notifies the management team at the source site so they can review and process the transfer.
