Tenant Settings in the Admin Portal control organization-wide defaults: who you are (General), how dates and money display (Appearance), how modules behave (Operational Permissions), and how outsiders submit requests (Guest Portal).

Only users with access to the Admin Portal can change tenant-level settings. Changes usually apply immediately for all users after you click Update.
