Tenant Settings
Section titled “Tenant Settings”Tenant Settings in the Admin Portal control organization-wide defaults: who you are (General), how dates and money display (Appearance), how modules behave (Operational Permissions), and how outsiders submit requests (Guest Portal).
Use the guides in this section in order, or jump to the area you need:
- How to Update Organization Profile — logo, name, address (General)
- Appearance — currency, date/time, timezone, language
- Operational Permissions — global rules for assets, meters, parts, and work orders
- Guest Portal — enable public links and manage per-site URLs

Who can use this
Section titled “Who can use this”Only users with access to the Admin Portal can change tenant-level settings. Changes usually apply immediately for all users after you click Update.
