How to Delete a Meter

Deleting a meter permanently removes it from the system.

Warning

Deleting a meter is a destructive action. It may permanently erase all historical reading data associated with it and disable any active Meter Triggers or Preventive Maintenance schedules relying on its data.

Step 1: Locate the Meter

Navigate to Maintenance > Meters. Use the search bar or filters to find the meter you intend to delete.

Step 2: Initiate Deletion

Select the specific meter from the list. Click the Delete button located in the action column or within the meter’s detail view.

Step 3: Confirm Deletion

A confirmation prompt will appear to prevent accidental data loss. Review the warning and click Delete to permanently remove the meter and its associated data from the system.
