Permission: ✓ Delete Time Trigger
Platform: ✓ Web ✗ Mobile

Deleting removes the schedule definition from your site. It does not replace pausing a schedule—use Is Active if you may turn the same pattern back on later.

The same Time Trigger can be reused in more than one place. If something still depends on it, deleting it can break scheduling or the app may block the delete until references are cleared.

Where it is usedWhat to check
Regular Maintenance (PM)PM schedules can use a Time-based trigger: the Trigger field points at a Time Trigger you created under Maintenance > Time Trigger. See About Regular Maintenance. Open each PM schedule that might use this trigger and either switch to another Time Trigger or remove / change the PM schedule before deleting the trigger.
Scheduled Cycle CountUnder Parts & Supplies > Cycle Counts, the Scheduled tab: each template has a required Time Trigger field. See [How to Create a Scheduled Cycle Count](../../../parts & supplies/cycle counts/how-to-create-a-scheduled-cycle-count) and [How to Edit a Scheduled Cycle Count](../../../parts & supplies/cycle counts/how-to-edit-a-scheduled-cycle-count). Edit the schedule to choose a different Time Trigger, or remove the scheduled template if you no longer need it.
  1. Navigate to Maintenance > Time Trigger.
  2. Locate the trigger in the list. Click the More (⋯) icon in the far-right column.
  3. Choose Delete.
  1. If a confirmation dialog appears, read it and confirm only when you intend to permanently remove that schedule.
